The reference guide refers to comparing site energy data for the previous 12 months with data from the 3 contiguous yrs of previous 5 yrs (in order to demo 25% improvement).

Hi Markus and colleagues, If in the Proposed building the total interior lighting power (space by space method) is bigger than those of the Baseline, is this acceptable.

100% Outside Air systems

The base building HVAC system uses 100% outside air. Therefore there are no return grilles. I am assuming that the requirement for filtration then is not applicable?
