Asbestos removal

My project is removing asbestos that is included in a wall system and replacing the gypsum board but retaining the structural system beneath it.

Brand New - Raw space

If Ihave a project that is going into a brand new development where the tenant space simply has open stud exterior walls and storefront and no slab or ceilings (only exposed podium concrete deck)..

We have a project that is retaining most of the interior walls, but the walls are to receive new wall covering materials.

Hello, Two questions: 1 Shall we count window area on the exterior walls? 2 For window on an interior wall, the window area should be counted once (one side), while area for both sides of the wall

The project we are working on is looking to take advantage of MRc1.2 Building Reuse. However, this credit seems to only cover the basic non-structural elements - walls, floors, ceiling etc.
