I'm seeking clarification on how this credit applies to an interior renovation. The existing tenant will actually remain in place during construction. The scope includes 100% HVAC/plumbing replacement, drop-in ceiling replacement, and window replacement. I'm thinking that the floor and interior walls will count as "reused" and the ceiling will not.

Correct. In addition to systems furniture, cabinets, shelving, doors, etc.
