For case 1 (project less than 75% of the total bldg sqft), can temporary metering fulfill the metering requirement? If so, under what circumstances (e.g.

Just to be sure, to be sure, not trying to be picky here. Our new LEED-CI project encompasses 2 buildings, but only 1 is going to be fully occupied and the other only partially,
