I am working on a CI project that is located in a single tenant building that has an area more than 75% of the total building area. The building has no parking and none is subsidized.

Similar to the situations below. We are certifying only the 7F of a building (294 FTE) under LEED CI v2009 and according to this credit we need to provide 15 slots fro carpools.

First question: In SSc3.3 for CI reserved parking spaces for car/vanpools are to be at least 5 % of FTE. In NC SSc4.4 parking spaces should be reserved for 5 % of number of parking spaces.
