FAQs about SSc3.3 :

Why are the CI designated parking requirements in Cases 1 and & 2 Option 1 determined by a Full Time Equivalent of tenant space/building while for New Construction the requirements are simply a percentage of parking provided?

If a CI project occupies a building that has existing parking, but no designated parking to the tenant, can it pursue “no parking will be provided"?

There is no parking space available around the building, will that be satisfied for Exemplary Performance under the Version 3 rating system?

Jaclyn, that will earn you the credit, but not exemplary performance. See the credit language and other wording above for exact details on this.

Thank you Tristan. In the CI 2009 Reference Guide under SSc 3.3 requirement, Case 1 Option 2 says:"No Parking is provided or subsidized for tenant occupants". But there no such an option to check out on uploading form from LEEDonline.com. How should I upload this credit ?
