My project is pursuing path 7 - water efficient landscaping - for SSc1. It is my assumption that our LEED Boundary should include the landscaped site as well as the building tenant space.

I can't find official language further elaborating on what "flavors" of LEED Certified buildings qualify. Can a LEED-CI project going into a LEED-EB certified building earn this credit?
