Hi, I am working on a building located in a development in a business park with 4 buildings.

My project is pursuing path 7 - water efficient landscaping - for SSc1. It is my assumption that our LEED Boundary should include the landscaped site as well as the building tenant space.

I can't find official language further elaborating on what "flavors" of LEED Certified buildings qualify. Can a LEED-CI project going into a LEED-EB certified building earn this credit?

In one of my project, they are attempting this point. While we have the water fixtures details & occupancy of the project space(tenant) only.

If a project has rainwater recharge pits located throughout the site can the project consider this as an infilteration Basin as listed in BMP s?

We have a client who is leasing two entire, adjacent buildings for 12 years. They are taking on installing high SRI roof membranes and a photovoltaic canopy system in the parking lot.

Has anyone successfully submitted the Enhanced Refrigerant Management credit ( LEED NC or CS) for a Base Build as an "Other Quantifiable Environmental Benefit" under LEED CI ?

I have a CI project with 20 allocated spaces. The overall carpark / site wide parking is over 200 spaces.

We are working on a college campus building.
