Our project space occupies a majority of the building, however the only other tenant space is unoccupied. Is Path 7 - Light Pollution Reduction possible?

Our project has a nice white roof that I know to be compliant when new. This one is not 12 years old.

To clarify: 1.) Can I use a combination of underground parking stalls AND light colored pavement (SRI - 35 typical new gray concrete) AND landscape (tree) shading to achieve this point?

My project is in Hong Kong and the host building is using seawater for flushing, (i.e. no potable water is used for sewage conveyance).

Is it possible to achieve only the points for path 8, without achieving path 7? Under path 8, the wording states that the 2 points are in addition to path 7. So is path 7 a pre-requisite for 8?

I have a situation where the project team members are seeing different versions of the same form.

I have a CI project with 20 allocated spaces. The overall carpark / site wide parking is over 200 spaces.

We are working on a college campus building.
