Daylight and Views - RP For Earning 1 Point For Just Daylight?

Hello, To earn EP, a project must earn 75% for Daylight AND 90% for Views. For Regional Priority, can it just be meeting the 50% of only DAYLIGHT, to earn the Regional Priority point?

Hello, I know that a project can only earn Exemplary if 100% is off-set, however, it must be a COMBINATION of On-site and Off-site to earn EP.

We are currently working on a project in NC (zip 27244). The regional priority threshold for EAp1 Option 1 is supposed to be 28% (new bldgs) and 24% (existing bldgs).
