We are currently working on a project in NC (zip 27244). The regional priority threshold for EAp1 Option 1 is supposed to be 28% (new bldgs) and 24% (existing bldgs). However the threshold shown on this link for zip 27244 -
https://www.usgbc.org/RPC/RegionalPriorityCredits.aspx?CMSPageID=2435
shows the thresholds as 30% (new) and 26% (existing).
If this is not a typo when did this change? I have done several searches and have not been able to find any documentation on this change.
Thanks, Donna Juselis

Tom, do you mean to post this in our NC 2009 forum?I assume you mean EAc1, not EAp1?And when you say it was supposed to be a certain way, what does that mean—that you've looked this up previously and gotten a different answer?

Sorry I did mean EAc1, but this is a question specifically about Regional Priority thresholds.
The regional priority threshold shown on the Credit Information tab of the EA credit 1 form is 28% new/24% exisiting. Why does the page shown in this link (https://www.usgbc.org/RPC/RegionalPriorityCredits.aspx?CMSPageID=2435) show the threshold as 30%new/26% existing. I have done searchs on LEEDuser and the USGBC Interpretations and Addenda websites and cannot find any reference to this threshold changing.

It is most likely an error and not a change. I haven't heard of any thresholds like this being intentionally changed, but I have heard of some errors in the RPc1 credit database. I would contact GBCI through their website to point out the discrepancy and get a clarification.
