We have been asked to use a commercial air freshener which diffuses aromatic oils to create a 'nice smell' in our LEED EBOM Platinum Building.

Hello, working with a resort that keeps the hallways, walkways, parking lot, you name it, in tip top shape. Areas are swept multiple times per day not allowing anything to accumulate.

Indoor/Outdoor Carpeting in Large Open-Air Tropical Lobby

For a building located in a tropical climate with an open- air lobby around the elevator banks, would indoor/outdoor carpeting completely under the cover of the building meet the requirements?

recessed walk off mat

We are specifying a recessed walk off mat for the building in the vestibule (8' long). I remember that if the walk off mat is 10', a point is granted.

We have a building where there is a revolving door flanked by two hinge doors.

Our project consists of a manufacturing facility with 3 loading docks. These docks do not currently have an entryway system.
