Our project consists of a manufacturing facility with 3 loading docks. These docks do not currently have an entryway system. Is there any possible way to get an exemption for these docks or would we be require to install systems to pursue this credit?

Edit: There are air curtains installed over these entrances if that makes any difference.

Hi Michael, loading docks must have compliant entryway systems in order to comply with this credit. Typically the only entrances that can get an exemption are emergency exits, entrances to private offices, and entrances that are not in use during the performance period.
