What should I do if there's no trash containers in spaces such stairs, mails room? is there any impact in the weighting factor? Thanks

We are considering to conduct an audit with in-house staff.

Do spaces that are not regularly cleaned such as mechanical rooms and tenant storage rooms need to be counted as the 10% exempted?

Can anyone tell me the weighting factors for the Library and Laboratory (without hazardous chemicals) space types?

Does the cleaning audit have to be performed on vacant tenant spaces that are not being cleaned? The REduced occupancy guidance does not address this.

Should the audit be strictly performed by only two (2) individuals then average their scores? Or it can be three or more?

I am working with a client to identify which spaces in their building to audit and am curious if anyone has handled open workstations (i.e. cubes) differently than closed offices?

Our project is a five story public building with operational contracts which include "contract document requirements".
