Can anyone tell me the weighting factors for the Library and Laboratory (without hazardous chemicals) space types? They are not included in the LEED User tools, but are APPA space types, as far as I can tell.

Hi Kara,
The breakdown for the weighting factors for the Laboratory without hazardous chemicals is below:
Floors - 68
Horizontal Surfaces: ashtrays, telephones, furniture, and drinking fountains - 6
Lighting & Light Fixtures - 1
Trash Containers - 22
Vertical Surfaces: walls, doors, windows, vents, blinds, partitions - 3
It is difficult to find the library weighting factor (if there is one), and therefore I would recommend using the space type that is most closely related to a library to account for all library spaces. According to the reference guide, if a space type/space type weighting is unavailable teams are directed to use the most closely related APPA space type.
