Formaldehyde and Urea-Formaldehyde

What I believe is there is a different between the formaldehyde and urea as a unique substances and the composite of urea-formaldehyde.

Greenguard for plywood

IS Greenguard certification plus an attestation from the manufacturer that there is no formaldehyde acceptable for plywood products?

plywood "exempt from testing by CARB"

several products we got from different subs/ suppliers submitted us product cut sheets that indicate that plywood based product is "exempt from testing by CARB" and the sub or supplier also provide

FF& E - Multi Residential High End Apartments

Are kitchen cabinets considered FF&E? They are included with the apartment when you purchase it, but I wouldnt consider them part of the base building elements. thanks

ULEF documentation and LEED Online form

How does one document use of a ULEF melamine in LEED Online? There is only a check box for "Product Contains No Added Urea-Formaldehyde".
