cant delete row

NC-2009 IEQc4.2:Low-Emitting Materials—Paints and Coatings

taking over a project that was set up already in LEED. in the spreadsheet there are two extra rows for items not in the project (lacqeur, and floor coating). I cannot delete them!

Terrazzo Sealer Question

What is the VOC limit for a Terrazzo Sealer? I'm a bit confused about which category it falls under (Sealer, Floor Coating, or other).

Do factory applied paints need to comply with the VOC limits? Or only paints and coatings that are applied on-site?

Stain and Interior Stain

What's the difference in SCAQMD Rule 1113? I know it doesn't matter, as both limits are 250 g/L, but why are there two entries, and why is 'Interior ' lower than 'Stain'?
