Are you refering to GS-11 THIRD EDITION August 17, 2011? USGBC and LEED 2009 continue to refer to Green Seal Standard GS-11, Paints, 1st Edition, May 20, 1993. (http://www.greenseal.org/Portals/0/Documents/Standards/GS-11%20Stn%20Dev/paints_GS_11.pdf) This references: VOCs. The calculation of VOC shall exclude water and tinting color added at the point of sale. Interior Coatings: Coating Type VOC weight in grams/liter of product minus water Non-flat3 150 Flat 50 Hope this helps - good luck!
