The LEED Online Form has three option under Disposal Method: Commingled, Diverted, Landfill Waste. By choosing "commingled", you can input the percentage diverted. 

I was brought on to help finalize templates for a LEED submission. The project was started with Phase 1 - 7 years ago. Phase 1 was Site and Foundations.

Our projects entire building will be built as modular construction and assembled off-site in Brooklyn and when completed will be transferred to Manhattan. How does this work for the credit?

Our project is located on a site where an existing building was demolished a few years back.

I'm not clear about using the LEED online forms. Are they supposed to filled in periodically and uploaded into the system or is this done at the end of the project when submitting for credits?
