I was brought on to help finalize templates for a LEED submission. The project was started with Phase 1 - 7 years ago. Phase 1 was Site and Foundations. The job than went on hold and started phase 2 - a couple years ago. The phase 2 was documented well with waste tickets, recycling, etc. and would achieve 91% diverted, but I have no documentation for phase 1. IS there any way to calculate an assumed weight or anything that would help achieve this credit?

Faith - I have not seen where that type of assumed weight has been used. Here's what I would do. Contact the GC/subcontractor who did Phase I and try to get any info you can to make your case (all waste records, hauler, extent of waste hauled, etc.). Then use Special Circumstances on form to explain the situation - project on hold, 7 years, first phase was site and foundation, etc. Say that you are happy to receive 2 points under MRc2 (75% diversion) based on your 91% diversion. Good luck!
