LEED v2009 Minimum energy savings %

Option 1 compliance path indicates the minimum % savings is 10% for new construction. In the LEED v4 comments a mention was made that the threshold was 12% for v2009.

PSZ-HP system and preheat coils

In the proposed design an AHU is connected to a lot of zones. In that AHU there is a preheat coil. I have to model the baseline model as system 4 PSZ-HP.

Hi! The building i need to simulate is naturally ventilated and is located in Italy (climatic zone 4A). Which outdoor air rates must be set in the Baseline and Prosposed Case as natural ventilation

According to Table G3.1.1A for the baseline model I have to model System 4 – PSZ-HP (packed roof top heat pump). I’m wondering what efficiencies I have to consider.
