What options in terms of compliance paths might one take when working with a manufacturing facility with high process loads? We are currently working on 20,000 sqft brewery project and are concerned about process loads associated with manufacturing operations, and the complications they may cause.

You will need to use the energy modeling path as none of the prescriptive paths cover a manufacturing facility.
If the process loads are very high then you may need to find some energy savings associated with the process loads. To do so you will need to define a baseline based on standard industry practice when building a new brewery. The specifics will vary depending on the process itself.
