A note of Table G3.1.1A of ASHRAE 90.1-2007 states that "For all-electric buildings, the heating shall be electric resistance".

Would a Baseline Building model need to be average of 90, 180, and 270 degree rotations if Proposed Building model consists of new addition at an existing building?

If DES will serve multiple buildings "A","B","C" & "D". Buildings "A" and "B" are xisting but only "C" and "D" are candidates for LEED-NC certification.

Any help regarding the reuse of an existing building LEED simulation would be helpful. We are working on an existing building that was a warehouse and is now an office building.
