Densely occupied spaces

Hi Markus, I'd like to ask you for your opinion and advice about applying these values following the case described below. In LEED glossary such spaces are determined as 25 people per 100 sq ft. W

Hello, The thermal modeller scope is limited to detailed design, and at this stage Renewable energy (PV and Solar Water Heating) is still not 100% finalized / decided.

Our project includes a separate non-LEED certifiable building with no regularly occupied space and no FTE, that houses the renewable energy and ground source heat pump systems for the main building

1) An office building that is being certified under LEED NC will have 20% of its gross floor area without a complete interior fit-out at time of construction work completion.

We have a building that contains both existing and new construction. I wonder how we should determine the LEED points we will achieve given certain percentage savings.
