40% WWR does it include the wall connected to other building?

90.1 only says above grade wall, but if we have a wall that's directed connected to another building, should we also include those wall area in the calculation?

I use Carrier-HAP and according to ASHRAE 90.1 G.1 #4, all baseline HVAC fans should be running continuously when the space is occupied and cycled when the space is unoccupied.

Hi, I am not sure whether to class mechanical rooms which are free cooled by outside air as "conditioned" for the purpose of the baseline (so the baseline would be on system 5 in this example).
