We are doing a project that is a renovation and addition. Renovation of existing HVAC and addition of a gym as part of the same building (This area requires new MEP). Anyways, the existing area has lighting existing to remain, so I was wondering should both the baseline and proposed used the same existing lighting wattage (with NO savings)? If that's the case, table 1.4 updated on January 2014 does not seem to give the option to show existing wattage.

You are correct the existing lighting should be modeled identically. You will need to overwrite the information in Table 1.4.3A or add a note to the spreadsheet.
