We are doing a project that is a renovation and addition. Renovation of existing HVAC and addition of a gym as part of the same building (This area requires new MEP).

If my buiding type is not in Energy Star and I don't see it really in the 2003 CBECS PerformanceTargetsTable and I try to use what I think is closest.

I'd like to use 5.4.3.4 Exception g to exclude the need for vestibules for each shop entrance of the shops that our office building has on the street level.
