question about set of fan power in simulation program

The fan power calculated by the formula presented in APPENDIX G3.1.2.9 of ASHREA90.1-2007 is the sum of all the fan power including supply fan,returen fan,exaust/relief fan.

Is there a standard way the USGBC wants the R-value of a wall assembly to be calculated taking into account the framing factor or thermal bridging that occurs with metal studs?

According to ASHRAE 90.1 (2007) Table G3.1 - 10 c, "where no heating systems exist, HVAC system shall be assumed to be electric".

The EAp2 worksheet requires Title 24 sheets PERF-1, ECON-1, and UTIL-1 when the energy modeling program is EnergyPro.
