Base case system for high equipment loads spaces

The project is a 67000 sqft, six floored building. There are rooms with high equipment loads of greater than 20W/sft . The total area of these type of rooms adds up to 14,000 sqft.

Hotel key tag system

We are working on a hotel project. The guest rooms have a key tag system where the lights and AC switches off as soon as the guest removes the key from the key slot.

Task light process load or lighting load?

Hi everyone, i am wondering if the interior lighting power is also restricted by LEED. Do we have to show compliance with the table 9.5.1 or 9.6.1 in ASHRAE?
