I am working with shopping mall project. each shop has equipped with FCU units for air conditioning while separate treated fresh air AHU (PAHU) is supplying fresh air to each shop.

Modeling Heat Recovering Chillers for the Baseline

I want to know which the energy savings are comparing a Heat Recovery Air Cooled Chiller in the Proposed Building versus it´s equivalent in the Baseline Building.

Has anyone heard of using ASHRAE 90.1-2010 section 8.4.2 Automatic Receptacle Control within LEED version 3 to show load reductions for the plug loads.
