Hello,
I am modeling a winery and some of the chillers participate only to chilled and heat wine tanks.
We are documenting everything to get the credit for usind these very efficient machines in the building so I have to model the energy savings between our very efficient chillers and those corresponding to the baseline.
The question which would be the corresponding chilled and hot water systems for the baseline for our air colled chillers, which provide chilled and hot water simultaneously, taking intoy account that these chillers only pourpose is to treat process loads.
Thank you!

You model the process load identically in both models. If you wish to claim energy savings for more efficient chillers then you just change the chiller efficiency for the baseline and provide a justification for the efficiency value you use. There is no preapproved baseline for process loads like there is for the baseline HVAC system.
