Will the requirement for SSc8 Light Pollution reduction option 1 apply to restaurants/retail if they will be open after 11 pm?

We are owrking on a project on previously developed land that we have established as complying with IESNA LZ2.

Similar to the other "Interior Lighting for 24 operation" questions, I am working on a smaller (8,700 sf) fire station that is operational 24/7.

Is there a flag exemption for government builds, as far as it pertains to light pollution? I havent been able to find a definitive answer.

I do not understand if facade lighting is allowed and under what circumstances.

Could any one tell me, the method of LPD Calc for exterior areas. How can i take exterior area correctly and without getting review comment.. Pl advise

We are working on a maintenance facility for a landfill (Don't worry - there is a big compost and container recycling operation there too!) They will be operating and maintaining garbage trucks.

Please address this in a paragraph or two.

My project is a Data Center located within a very urbanized area and surrounded by other buildings (located very close) thus any kind of lighting is not needed.

The site boundary of our building is lined with quite tall and dense trees. Should these be incorporated into the footcandle calculations?
