NC-2009 SSc8:Light Pollution Reduction

Exterior Ilumination Soccer Field

I'm working on a project in Mexico and I would like to know the maximum light power density allowed on a soccer field. According with ASHRAE Section 9 exterior lightning standards for exterior lightning, the light power densities for building exteriors don't specify this type of recreational/entertainment outdoor application. What lighting power density must the field comply with to achieve this credit?
