Our project is located in the west of Ireland. The project is a warehouse extension (a single LEED project) on an existing commercial campus, and the entire campus is the same owner/occupier.

Building Footprint - Overhanging eaves

The roof of our project has overhanging eaves. To calculate the footprint of the building, should we consider the perimeter of the walls at ground level or the perimeter of the roof?

Project impacts another area not a part of the Project Boundary

My question is: What if a LEED project disturbs land owned by a different party? i.e. if they have to excavate in an adjacent parking lot to install utilities for the building seeking LEED.

Area calculation for trees

I have a project where trees, shrubs and groundcovers will be used. While the area coverage of shrubs and groundcovers is relatively easy to calculate, trees are a bit more tricky.

Hello, We have a project with the following site constraints: The LEED Project Boundary includes 2 new buildings: an office tower, and a small bank building.
