As per local regulation Roof garden with grass, other trees using sand in roof is not allowed, Landscape near Building construction area is not allowed for this type of building can we use planters for roof garden and nearest part of building is it acceptable method to get this credit

I think it will be difficult to earn this credit with planters unless they are very large and carefully designed to support native species. This credit is focused on supporting biodiversity.
