Hotel project has public parking space

Hotel project has total 287 parking spaces (35 for Hotel, 252 for Public). and maximum local parking space limit is 85 for Hotel. There is no any requirements for Public parking.

Our project is on a college campus and proposes to demolish an existing parking lot in order to construct a building addition.

I am trying to gather documentation for a college campus in Prince George that has leased out it's car parks to Impark, an agency that manages the lots and charges people for parking.

We have a "zero lot line" LEED project, where the LEED project boundary is essentially the same as the footprint of the building. There is no new parking provided within the LEED boundary.

Hi, I am working on a hotel which has several buildings, one main building, two different groups of clusters, 2 suite buildings, and a seperate back of house and a seperate employee residences.
