If a non-residential project wants to use Option 4, which references the  ITE Parking Generation Study, where does one upload and submit required documentation? There is no Option 4 choice in the credit form.

How do you designate preferred parking if the parking facility is not under the owner's control?

How does one apply minimum zoning requirements to a project when it is part of a larger complex or campus?

Are there standards regarding how to document the spaces that will be dedicated as reserved?

How does a carpool/vanpool relate to a shared car service/company when it comes to the preferred parking requirements of this credit?

Should I consider motorbikes and parking spaces for them under this credit? What about fleet vehicles?

Preferred parking in master site project

We are working on a master site with three buildings in the block. Two office buildings are pursuing LEED CS and a hotel building is pursuing LEED NC. They share the same parking lot but it might be divided for each building. As the requirement of SSc4.4, we need to provide preferred parking for the hotel building. But if we want to achieve this credit as a Campus Credit, how many preferred parking spaces do we need, 5% of hotel parking or 5% of total parking spaces?

I would check the campus application guide (caveat: I didn't check prior to posting this response), but it seems logical to me that you would need to provide 5% total, if the lot is shared and all are pursuing LEED.
