I have a hotel building project with 145 parking (Valet parking) which is less than the authority requirements of 165.

This project is a small Inn that has a small parking lot onsite and a larger parking lot outside of the project boundary.

The bird's eye view for this credit states that parking is not a prerequisite for Options 2 and 4.

We have a project with no on-site parking and come up with "No New Parking" for SSc4.4.
