Placement of alternative fueling stations

Hej all, we would like to use alternative fueling stations-option and I understand that it is not relevant where the alternative fueling stations are placed. Is that correct (not as preferred parking)? Furthermore is it possible to place alternative fueling stations in two different places? We could place 3 fueling stations on the parking right next to the main entrance and 6 fueling stations in the underground parking?
