Number of preferred spaces

I am pursuing option 1, preferred parking, for a building on a campus. The new parking lot expands an existing parking lot for an adjacent building.

I'd be interested to know if anyone has pursued this credit via a combination of Option 1 (preferred parking) and Option 2 (alt. fuel charging stations).

Dear all, at the moment we are working on an office building. In the building there are between 100 and 200 parking spaces.

Existing refueling station

We have a refueling station on our campus from a previous LEED project. It's about 1/4 mile from the new building and there's a walking path between the two parking areas.
