I'm working on (a renovation of) an existing church with 6 FTE, and 400 peak transients. 5% of 406 FTE = 20 bicycle parking spaces.

Our project is a 122,900 sf building for a single office user. There is 5,000 sf of retail space at the ground floor, currently not leased.

We are working on a mixed used (commercial and residential) building. We have FTE 421 in commercial whereas total no. of residents is 28. the peak transients is 731. we calculated the no.

Green Bike Station

Is there any advantage if the project locates a Green Bike Station (from where bikes could be rented) within the vicinity of the project (even if it is not within 200 yards)?
