Do bike racks have to be within the LEED project boundary?
Is a general storage room that is accessible to residents acceptable for covered bike storage?

NC-2009 SSc4.2:Alternative Transportation—Bicycle Storage and Changing Rooms
I understand USGBC will allow NC-v4 LTc6: Bicycle facilities as an alternative compliance path to SSc4.2. In the credit language for NC-v4 LTc6: Bicycle facilities there is reference to "a bicycle network that connects to 10 diverse uses (see Appendix 1)." Can someone tell me where I can find a copy of the "Appendix 1" referenced?
