My project is a fire station that is the first project on the site of a mixed use development. A bus transfer center is planned to be built directly across from the fire station.

The EP Option 2 criteria for SSc4.1 requires 2 rail stations within 1/2-mile OR 2 bus stops serving 4 lines within 1/4-mile, with a minimum of 200 rides per day.

Proximity to rail station

Our one and only bus, which stops right outside our project entrance, is a 10 minute drive in heavy traffic (meaning many rides would be less than 10 minutes) but 3.5 miles to a Metro Rail station.

We are doing a major renovation on a multifamily housing complex that was built in 1990 with bike racks and a bus stop that the owners put in when the building was first constructed.

Using BD+C SSc4.1 as an EBOM IO credit

We're working on the EBOM certification of a building with excellent public transportation. Has anyone attempted to use SSc4.1 as an IO credit in EBOM?
