is the 2 mile distance as the crow flies, or actual driving travel distance?
If actual driving travel distance, has anyone had success proving a 10 minutes drive max, even if the distance is slightly over 2 miles?
Thanks!

We have been awarded this credit by proving the drive was less than 10 minutes from the project building to the transit stop, even the though the distance was further than 2 miles.
2 miles 'as the crow flies' or less than 10 minute drive should meet the intent of the credit.
Good luck!
