On a higher ed project, there is proposed metering of all energy and water usage for the LEED building that can be read from the building automation system.

I was wondering if somebody could help walk me through this aspect of PIf1. My project is a University building in which we will have limited monitoring.

I posted this under MPR2 but thought I might get a response under this MPR as well... We have a project that may not have its permanent power for as long as a year after occupancy.

We are currently working on a Core & Shell project where a single tenant will be occupying the entire building. That tenant is also going for LEED under Commercial Interiors.
