Hi there, i am a little bit confused about the egibility of a building. Within the building there is office (60%), retail (30%) and underground parking (10%).

It seems clear but, to be certain, can a core and shell project have an occupancy of less than 50%?

Visitor Count - Dormitory

We received our preliminary design review comments back and were asked to include a daily average visitors number. Our average users value is 3, peak users value is 27, and the FTE value is 3.

Our client is investigating LEED certification for a self-storage facility. They intend to go all digital in terms of a front office and won't have any regularly occupied spaces.

Club House Certification
