We have included all areas of the building within the Default Occupancy Table. However, there is still the Plant Space we have not included. Can this be omitted?

We have parking spaces in the first floor of our building, for tenants of the project space. The square footage of the parking is not included in the project Gross Floor Area.

I have a project where the occupants work on a 12 hour shift. The office is occupied by 97 occupants at 1 shift. So is my FTE = 97 X 12/8 = 145.5? Thanks in advance.
