We have included all areas of the building within the Default Occupancy Table.
However, there is still the Plant Space we have not included. Can this be omitted? Since default occupancy is based on total gross square footage, we are concerned about the reviewers coming back saying the total area in the Default occupancy table does not match the gross square footage area of the building.
Thanks

You'll want to include a narrative explaining your areas - check Special circumstances under the "Additional Details" section near the bottom of the form to open the narrative box. Your gross square footage is used to calculate your certification fees, and needs to be the area of the project being certified. It should correspond o the LEED Project Boundary as defined for MPR # 2 and #3.
