v4.1 Renewable energy with v4.0 EAc2 Energy Performance

Just want to make sure its OK to use the v4.1 version of renewable energy credit with a v4.0 project that is using the v4.0 version  of EAc2 Energy Performance.

Green Power Purchased from Utility

We are working on a new building on a college campus for which the District purchases green power annually from the utility as part of a 20-year contract (with 13 years remaining).

The LEEDonline form for this credit requires us to, "Upload On-site Renewable Energy Systems...Contract and evidence of renewable attribute ownership.
