to obtain the point of this credit, how does it need to be this equity plan? For who do I need to design?

Should we implement to the neighborhood this plan?

The verbiage in the ref guide says at least 20% of population is at or below poverty rate of state, provincial, or other regional jurisdiction.

I have a project located in a Qualified Census Tract. Qualified Census Tracts are those in which 50% of its households have incomes below 60% AMGI (Area Median Gross Income).
