Frequency of Analysis

EBOM-v4 EAc3:Ongoing commissioning

This credit states that the frequency of analysis should be at least quarterly in the first year. It doesn't state what specific analysis should be done though. Does anyone have guidance on this?

We have a project on a university campus that will have no new parking associated with the project. However, the design team is hoping to achieve points for LTc8.

This credit measures walking distance from the building's "main entrance" while the transit access credit specifies measurement from any "functional entrance".

Hi,

Our project has a few parking spaces reserved for low-emitting and fuel efficient vehicles, does it count as preferred parking? Thanks.
