Hi - When the user guide says "provide glare-control devices for all transparent glazing" does it really mean all? I am assuming it doesn't mean high volume doors with transparent glazing?
Many thanks

Is it possible to combine Options 1 and 2 for different spaces in the same building?
What spaces are considered regularly occupied and must be included in the calculations?
What daylight simulation software can I use for LEED compliance?
My office space will have cubicles with high partitions. Should I include those in my model?
What types of glare control are acceptable for this credit?
Do I actually need to submit the USGBC Daylight and Quality Views calculator?
Can electrochromic glazing qualify as a glare control device?

It does not mean doors as you assume but everything else should have some form of glare control.

What is the consensus on glare control aka roller shades for a gymnasium that have atrium windows? It seems the reference guide step by step, step 5 is pretty clear "all transparent glazing in regularly occupied spaces"... require glare control but it also classifies windows in the required document table. This seems to agree with the statement above about doors. Any wiggle room for atrium windows in gymnasiums?
I am concerned they will be damaged due to the nature of gymnasium activities like volley ball and basketballs impacting them. Maybe a email to my LEED coach is in order about if this could be considered a Special Circumstance?
