I am trying to determine if there a specific requirements regarding how the Current Facilities Requirements and O&M Plan is provided.
Does the information required to be included in the CFR and O&M Plan need to be submitted as a separate document? The Systems Manual (required for EA Enhanced Commissioning credit) developed by the CxA already includes mush of the information listed as required for the CFR. Could the Systems Manual just be expanded upon to include any additionally required documents or narratives, such as the preventative maintenance plan? It would be nice if the CxA could simply expand upon an existing document, but I want to be sure the information is presented in an acceptable and useful format.
